  • Outside Denmark is a minor freight cost of 8EUR applicable. 
  • We deliver normally within 2-3 working days in Denmark. Slightly longer delivery times apply during national holidays and celebration periods.

  • There is a 14-day cancellation right on orders purchased online.

Is it possible to see your products in a store?

Unfortunately not, the products from Noorsted are sold exclusively via webshops.

How secure are purchases at

When ordering at your credit card details are transmitted through a secure server from our provider Scanpay. All information is encrypted. Noorsted do not have access to your credit card details, and payment is only transmitted after we have shipped off your order.

What is the delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 2-3 days for domestic delivery in Denmark, but residence elsewhere may experience longer delivery times.

Once your order is shipped off, you will receive an email with a shipment tracking code.

What is the warrenty on products purchased at

Noorsted offers two-years right of complaint.

In case of damaged items we ask you to send an email to with following information:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Description of the defect
  • Attach a good quality photo(s) of the defect

Upon receiving your mail we will revert to you soonest possible

Which rights of return do I have when shopping at

We offer 14 days of full rights of return.

How do I return my purchased items?

What is the cost of returning my purchased items?

At Noorsted we want customers who are satisfied with their purchase, and returning an item can therefore be done free of charge as long as the item is unused.

Which rights of return do I have if my purchase was for a Christmas gift?

All items purchased at from November 12th 2018 and until December 22nd can be returned until January 16th 2019.

General Terms

Below you have the option to review our general terms. Please notice that beside our general terms, separate sections contain information about ’Shipping’, ‘Privacy Policy’ and ‘Cancellation right & Product return. 

How do I order from

It is only possible to order through our shopping cart at our web-shop. It is not possible to place an order by telephone or email.  

The web-shop holds an assorted product range that continuously is updated, and certain items will only be available in the shop for a shorter period. 

Our shop will always be updated according to availability but for special occasions (e.g. campaigns, holidays) sold out items may occur.

The order process
  1. When you have found the product that you wish to buy, you have to select the “Add to cart” bottom at the product page. Afterwards will the “Shopping Cart” overview be available on the right-side.
  2. You now have the option to view your cart to make changes or continue your shopping.
  3. When you are ready with your order, you can select “checkout to finalize your order.
  4. Enter your billing details, choose your payment solution, accept ‘terms & conditions’ and select ‘Place order’ to confirm you order.
  5. Enter your payment details and confirm your payment of the order.
  6. Your order is confirmed and you will receive an order confirmation at your entered e-mail.
What payment options do I have?

The following payment solutions are available for you to complete the payment:

  • Mobilepay (Only available in Denmark) 

Please notice by international payment cards, there will be requested additional code, ‘Mastercard Securecode’ or ‘Verified by Visa code’ when you want to complete the payment of the order. 

Should you regret your purchase and request a refund, is this always transferred by the same means of payment as chosen by you when you completed your order. Please note that when refunding your money through Master, Visa or Visa Electron it may take up to 30 days from the time we refund the money, until the financial institutions handling the transactions release the money to your account.

What product warranty do I have?

When you shop at, you have 24 months’ warranty. This means that you either can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or discount in the price depending on the specific situation. 

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

How fast do I have to send a product complain?

You have to file the product complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you inform is within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will be timely. 

In case of a product complaints, please send an email to with the following information: 

  • Your name 
  • Order number 
  • Short description what is wrong with the product 
  • Attach pictures of the product that clearly show the damage. 

We will afterwards take contact to you asap to find a solution. 

Please notice we do not receive packages sent per. demand. A complaint must follow the mentioned process and then we will conclude what to do with the product.

You have the option to get your order delivered directly to your defined address, to your work or delivered your parcel at nearest package-shop for you to pick it up.

All orders in Denmark are delivered free of charge.

Orders within Denmark are typically delivered within 2-3 working days.

We do unfortunately not offer pick-up.

Shipping outside Denmark 

We currently ship orders to the following countries

Orders shipped to above mentioned countries will be charged a freight fee amounting to EUR 8 (approx. kr. 60) for delivery. 

Orders to these markets are typically delivered within 2-5 working days depending on the country. 

Privacy Policy

Our data protection policy describes the purpose of collecting personal data, how we collect and handle your data, as well as the rights you have in respect to the collected information.

What is the purpose of collecting personal information?

We collect personal information with the purpose of delivering your order to you. 

If you have signed up for our newsletter we furthermore utilize the recorded data in order to send the newsletter to you. 

Which information are we collecting?

When placing an order with Noorsted ApS we collect the following information in order to deliver the order to you: 

  • Name
  • Address 
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Special requests related to delivery of your order 

When we collect above order information through our website we ensure that this only occurs after you have given your explicit consent so that you are informed about precisely which information we collect and the purpose of this. 

If you sign up for our newsletter we only collect your e-mail address. 

How do we handle your personal data, and who has access to these?

At Noorsted ApS only entrusted staff has access to your online order and thereby access to the information related to your order. 

Information collected through our webshop in relation to your order is by default be deleted 3 years upon the end of the financial year where your order was placed. 

However, your information is available in our financial records for 5 years upon the end of the financial year where your purchase occurred in order. This is required in order to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. 

Information related to your order; your name, address, e-mail, phone number, order number and specified delivery requests will be passed on to the freight service provider which delivers the order to you. 

Additionally do we utilize external partners for technical operations and improvements of our website, who thereby retain access to our systems and stored data. 

All external partners are subject to confidentiality and we have in accordance with the current “General Data Protection Regulation” signed written data-handling agreements with all parties handling personal information on our behalf. 

Information collected through our website is never sold to third parties, and we do in no way collect intimate private information. 

Which rights do you have in respect to collected personal information?

As customer at you always have the right to object registration of your personal information. You also have the right to be informed about which information we have registered related to you. These rights are vested in the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, and requests related to the above cases are to be sent to Noorsted Aps via e-mail  

In respect data collected for our newsletter, you can unsubscribe the newsletter at any time by following the link at the bottom of our newsletter. 

Cancellation right & Product return

If you wish to cancel your order and return purchased items to us, please send us an email to with following information: 

  • Your name 
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the reason for return 
For how long can I cancel order and return purchased items?

You have 14 days of full rights of return when purchasing items at  

The return right expire 14 days after delivery to the point specified by you, e.g. your address or a parcel shop. 

Before expiry of the 14 days you shall explicitly inform us that you wish to return your purchased items by sending us an email at 

You cannot return purchased items simply by refusing reception or pick up of the order, without explicitly informing about this. 

I have informed that I wish to return my purchased item. What next?
  1. Soonest possible we will send you a parcel label via e-mail 
  2. Pack the items you wish to return. Ensure that the items are packed safely so that transport damages are prevented. If the shipper box used for sending the items to you is intact, can this be used. If this box is impaired, use packing materials of the same standard and quality. 
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Attached the return parcel label to the package. 
  5. Drop off the parcel at your nearest parcel station or shop. 

Please note that parcels send by cash on delivery will not be accepted. Please ensure only to use the freight label provided by us so we can track the return shipment. 

When shall I return the item and in which condition?

You shall return your order to us without any unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to return your purchase and you have received the return label. 

When returning it is your responsibility that the item is safely packed to withstand transportation. We recommend that you reuse the packaging in which your order was delivered. You are carrying the risk for the item until this is safely delivered to the freight company handling the return shipment. 

The items condition when returning your purchase 

You are liable for any value deterioration caused by handling the item more than deemed necessary to determine the quality, function and working of the product.  

If the item is used more than described above do we consider the item to be in use, which means that you upon return may receive a portion or nothing of the purchase value back, depending on the item’s commercial value. 

In order to receive the full purchase value back, you are allowed to handle the items as if you were trying out the item in a physical store. You can try the items, but cannot put them to use.

Refunding the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase will we naturally refund your money. To receive a full refund, please refer to the section “When shall I return the item and in which condition”. 

A refund is always transferred by the same means of payment as chosen by you when you completed your order. Please note that when refunding your money through Master, Visa or Visa Electron it may take up to 30 days from the time we refund the money, until the financial institutions handling the transactions release the money to your account.
